The India AI Impact Summit 2026, the world's most consequential gathering on artificial intelligence, held at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, from 16 to 20 February will be remembered as a defining inflection point in the global conversation on responsible AI. Organised under the IndiaAI Mission by the Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology and inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Summit drew heads of state, technology leaders, researchers, and policymakers from over 100 countries. Amidst this extraordinary convergence, the Koita Centre for Digital Health at Ashoka University (KCDH-A) stood out as a consequential academic voices shaping discourse on the panel floor, anchoring national policy conversations, and showcasing research that is quietly transforming healthcare on the ground.
