This project is in collaboration with DTH Labs, and aims to evaluate the digital readiness of key healthcare stakeholders such as Auxiliary Nurse Midwives (ANMs), Accredited Social Health Activists (ASHAs), doctors, and Information Assistants (IAs).
It seeks to identify challenges they face in adopting digital health systems (like lack of skills, infrastructure gaps, workload burden, and resource constraints) and propose interventions such as targeted training, resource allocation, and capacity-building measures to strengthen their ability to foster digital health adoption. This project is focused particularly on rural and underserved areas of India, where readiness gaps are the most pronounced. The project is expected to be completed in April 2026
